We only use pure wild-harvested and organic (when available) powdered herbs from around the world. Examples of sourcing countries are China, Peru, Thailand, Indonesia, Brazil, Colombia, Ecuador, South Africa, Mexico and the United States. We do our best to provide you with some of the world's most exotic and nutritious plants. In our products you may find herbs such as Bubiine Natalensis, Moringa Leaf, Tongkat Ali, Wild Yam, Red Raspberry Leaf, Goldenseal, Red Clover, Cistanche, Damiana, Acerola Fruit, Bilberry, Don Quai, Irish Moss, Bladderwrack and more!
Our capsules are '0' size, clear, 100% plant based, derived from vegetables. We are not proponents of the usage of any form of chemicals. You're getting a capsule that is 100% plants. The finished capsule comes in a 150CC white HDPE plastic bottle with a safety seal and bottle cap.

No. Though the products are all natural we recommend that you do not take them with medications.

Yes. Once your order is shipped we will send you a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information included. You will be able to track your order at https://www.usps.com/. If you do not receive a shipping confirmation email it means that your order has not shipped. If 5 business days have passed and you have not received a shipping confirmation email please contact us at orders@dirtyrootsherbs.com.
We aim to have your order in the hands of USPS within 1 to 3 business days. We estimate that your order will arrive in less than 7 to 10 business days.
If the order has shipped unfortunately there is not much we can do to change the shipping address. If you suspect that you may have made a mistake please contact us immediately by email at orders@dirtyrootsherbs.com right away. As long as the order has not shipped we can correct the issue.
Due to the nature of our natural products we do not offer returns. Many of our products contain rare exotic herbs that are very difficult to come by. Please be sure prior to placing your order.
